About Flat Fee Construction NW
Joe spent 10 years in the union trades before taking a position selling homes for fix and flip investors. During this time, he learned how to identify upgrades that add value to a project and how to assess common situations that come up in the renovation process. Eventually I started my own construction company, my first clients were Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase and Fannie Mae. We managed all their distressed properties and renovated them for sale.

We’ll begin with a phone call to address your initial inquiry. During this conversation, we’ll delve into your objectives for the building project and determine how we can tailor our services to suit your requirements. Subsequently, we’ll schedule a meeting at a convenient time and location to engage in a more comprehensive discussion.
Have imaginative renovation concepts? We’re here to listen intently! Our Director, Russell Clark, will personally visit your residence to conduct a renovation consultation. During this session, we’ll delve into your musings, concepts, aspirations, financial considerations, and projected timelines.
Effective design is vital for success. It develops through ongoing dialogue and collaboration with your architect, leading to optimal solutions. If you lack an architect, we can introduce you to ours. We stay engaged to align design and scope with your budget.
After the concept drawings are finished we conduct an on-site visit for a thorough and precise estimation. Occasionally, our subcontractors may also join to contribute their expertise during this initial phase.

Upon your satisfaction with the working drawings and documents from the architect, we will furnish you with a comprehensive fixed-price quotation.
Provide and sign the Independent contractors agreement and other documentation required.
Communication remains paramount! Throughout the construction process, we will: Regularly liaise with you, the architect, and subcontractors. Ensure a smooth and coordinated flow of your renovation project within the designated timeframe. Frequently update the job schedule, keeping you well-informed of progress and allowing you to coordinate with other parties not covered by our contract. Provide you with updates on the health and safety site plan.
Arrange a final walk through with you and ensure the scope of work is completed to your satisfaction.
